Prime Your Pooch offers:
Wash & Dry (BASIC)
Pre-groom brush, bath with shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, nail clipping and ear cleaning
Small/Medium = 45 mins
Large/Giant = 1 h 15 min
Wash, Dry & Tidy (STANDARD)
Everything from "Wash & Dry", plus light trimming around the face, paws, and hygiene areas
Small/Medium = 1 hours
Large/Giant = 1.5 hours
Full Groom (COMPREHENSIVE)
Everything from "Wash, Dry,
& Tidy", plus a full coat trim or cut
Small/Medium = 1.5 hours
Large/Giant = 2 hours

Extra Charges
Every groom is not a one size fits all. Some pooches require extra care, patience and attention which is why we tailor each individual service to your dog.
Overtime / difficulty fee
Coat conditions and comfort levels can cause our groomer to go overtime, especially when ensuring the groom is completed in a safe manner.
Charge: $80 per extra hour, charged in 15 minute blocks.
De-matting fee
It can be hard for many to realise their dog's coat is matted until the groomer spots it. A groom cannot be completed without addressing this as it can cause irritation, discomfort and pain to dog.
Charge: $75 per extra hour, charged in 15 minute blocks.
Special care dogs
Senior dogs, young puppies or dogs with special needs may require more breaks, slower grooming or additional support to make sure they are happy, safe and comfortable.
Charge: $60 per extra hour, charged in 15 minute blocks.
